These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Kingston Windshields. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Kingston Windshields provides windshield replacement services, including mobile services, to customers in Tennessee and certain locations outside our normal service area depending on availability.

2. Estimates and Pricing

2.1

Estimates:

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time. Additional charges may apply if additional work is required beyond the initial estimate.

2.2

Pricing:

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price for services will be as agreed upon at the time of service.

2.3

Payment:

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

3.1

Scheduling:

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred time and date.

3.2

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

4.1

Workmanship Warranty:

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on our workmanship. This warranty covers defects in the installation process but does not cover damage caused by external factors.

4.2

Exclusions:

The warranties do not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or any other factors outside of our control.

5. Liability

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kingston Windshields will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising out of or related to the services provided.

5.2

Maximum Liability:

Our maximum liability to you under any circumstances will be limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information we collect will be used solely for the purposes of providing the services you have requested. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tennessee.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other means of communication. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
